DONATIONS of HOUSEHOLD GOODS
American Thrift Center will accept your donations at its store, pick up larger items from your location, or you can visit its retail store. American Thrift Center is located at 1806 Homeville Road, West Mifflin, PA 15122 in the Village Shopping Center. If you wish to have larger items picked up, please call 412-469-9663 or 412-469-9665.
Smaller items can be dropped off in one of the many donation boxes available in the Pittsburgh area. A complete list can be obtained from the Keystone PVA office (800-775-9323 or 412-781-2474).
A percentage of the proceeds of each sale is donated to the Keystone PVA. American Thrift Center is open to the public and welcomes your business!
American Thrift Center will not accept:
- Extremely heavy items
- Building materials
- China closets, unless they are small and light
- Console televisions or stereos
- Desks should be excluded unless they are small and light.
- Dishwashers
- Dryers
- Encyclopedias
- Hospital beds
- Organs
- Pianos
- Pool tables
- Refrigerators
- Stoves
- Sleeper sofas
- Washers
- Water beds
